So, the other day, I got this random itch. Saw a picture online, you know, Patrick Mahomes, the quarterback guy. He was next to this really slick car. And I thought, hey, I wonder what that actually is? What does a guy like that drive around in?
My first step, pretty obvious, I just started searching online. Threw terms into the search bar like:

You get the idea. Just trying different things to see what popped up. And boy, did a lot pop up. Lots of articles, lots of fan pages, lots of pictures.
Digging into the Details
It wasn’t as simple as just finding one answer though. Seemed like he has, or has had, a few different rides. That makes sense, right? Guy’s got money. But I was trying to pin down that one specific car from the picture I saw, I think it was a red one. Looked like a Ferrari maybe?
This is where it got a bit messy. Some sites said one thing, others said something slightly different. You see lists of cars he supposedly owns. I saw mentions of a Genesis GV80, which apparently he won for being a Super Bowl MVP. Okay, that seemed solid, there were pictures and news about that. Easy enough.
But the red one? That took more digging. I spent a good while clicking through image galleries, reading sports blogs, even checked out some car forums where people talk about celebrity cars. Found people arguing about the exact model. Was it an 812 Superfast? Or something else?

Found more pictures, yeah. Definitely looks like him with a Ferrari 812 Superfast in a few shots. It’s bright red. Looks seriously fast. But you know, it’s hard to be 100% sure about these things with celebrities. Is it definitely his? Is it a rental? Is it just for a photoshoot? You never really know the full story just from looking online.
So, after poking around for maybe an hour or so, I felt I got a decent idea. He’s definitely got that Genesis SUV. And it seems very likely he owns or at least drives that red Ferrari 812 Superfast. That seemed to be the most common answer for the sporty red car.
It was kind of interesting just going down that rabbit hole, trying to piece together the info from different places. You see how stories and details get spread around online. Anyway, that was my little adventure trying to figure out the deal with Patrick Mahomes’ car. Got my curiosity satisfied, mostly.
