Is Furina the Hydro Archon? Lets find out the truth about this character!

Okay, so the other day, I got really into this whole thing about Furina from Genshin Impact. I mean, is she the Hydro Archon or not? It’s been bugging me, so I decided to dig deep and figure it out myself.

First, I went through all the official stuff from Genshin Impact, like their art and posts. They always show Furina like she’s the Hydro Archon. But then, you see her in the game, and she’s not as strong as, say, Zhongli. That got me thinking.

Then I checked out what other players were saying. Seems like she’s been acting as the Hydro Archon for a whopping 500 years. But it’s all a big act to save Fontaine from some prophecy. By the end of the Fontaine Archon Quest, it’s like, “Surprise!” She’s not really the Archon.

So, I started piecing things together. Turns out, Focalors is the real Hydro Archon, and Furina is just her human form. She was playing a part, you know? And all this time, everyone thought she was the real deal.

I even found this one character PV where they kinda hinted that Furina was just playing a role. All the other characters were being themselves, but she was different. It made so much sense after I realized the truth.

But here’s the kicker: why go through all this trouble for 500 years? And how did Celestia not notice? I guess they were fooled too. It’s all pretty wild when you think about it.

Then I got into the whole story of the Archon Quest. Turns out, Furina is just the leftover human part of Focalors. She doesn’t even have powers, except she can’t die. Focalor destroyed the Hydro Archon’s seat and gave the power back to Neuvillette. So, Furina was never the real Hydro Archon after all.

After all this digging, I finally got it. Furina isn’t the Hydro Archon. She was just playing a part to protect Fontaine. It’s Focalors who was the real Hydro Archon all along. It’s a crazy twist, right? I spent hours on this, but it was worth it to finally understand the whole story.
