Okay, so, I was messing around and trying to get that “Jey Uso Yeet Hands” thing down. It’s a fun little thing, and I figured, why not give it a shot?

Jey Uso Yeet Hands The Ultimate Guide to Understanding This Wrestling Sensation

I started by watching a bunch of videos of Jey Uso. You know, just to see how he does it. I must have watched his entrance like a hundred times. I paused, rewound, and watched it over and over again. I was paying real close attention to how he moves his hands and how he gets the crowd going.

Then, I stood up and started practicing in front of the mirror. Let me tell you, it looked pretty goofy at first. My hands were all over the place, and I couldn’t get the timing right. But I kept at it. I practiced the hand movements, trying to make them smooth and sharp, just like Jey.

  • First, I worked on getting the “Yeet” hand gesture down. It’s like, you kinda throw your hand up, fingers spread out, like you’re tossing something away.
  • Then, I tried to add in the little bounce he does. It’s a subtle movement, but it adds a lot to the whole vibe.
  • After that, I focused on the rhythm. Jey’s got this way of making it all flow together, and I really wanted to capture that.

I spent a good chunk of time just practicing the whole sequence, over and over again. I recorded myself a few times too, just to see how it looked. It was a bit cringey at first, but I could see myself getting better with each try. Slowly but surely, it started to come together. The hand movements became more natural, the bounce felt right, and the rhythm started to flow.

Finally, I felt like I had it down. It wasn’t perfect, but it was definitely way better than when I started. I even showed it to my friend, and they said it actually looked pretty good! I mean, I’m no Jey Uso, but hey, I can do a decent “Yeet Hands” now, and that’s pretty cool.

So yeah, that’s how I learned the Jey Uso “Yeet Hands”. It took some time and a lot of practice, but it was a fun little project. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I enjoyed it.
